You can download a pre-approval application and complete it at home before meeting with one of our loan officers, or you can meet with one of our loan officers first. Either way, there is some other important information we will need before we can get to work on your loan.
What We Need
- Three most recent paycheck stubs
- Three most recent bank, stock, 401k, investment and certificate of deposit statements
- Two most recent W-2s and federal tax returns.
- List of outstanding loans and charge accounts, including monthly payments and balances
- Bankruptcy, divorce decree or child support agreement, if applicable
- Any other form of income (Social Security, disability, pension)
